2013 Chevrolet Malibu – What’s New?
The first Chevrolet Malibu, named after the city in America, hit the market in 1964 and was then a sub series of Chevrolet Chevelle. Since then General Motors have produced a number of Malibu models, and in 2010 it was the automakers best seller in the US. Chevrolet plan to sell the Malibu in over 100 countries and hope to replicate the success it’s had in the US. But in the increasingly crowded mid-size sedan segment how does Chevrolet plan to stand out with their next generation Chevy Malibu?
Design
Malibu Exterior Design, Dan Gifford, has said the 2013 Malibu is ‘more athletic and more aggressive’. The sportier 2013 model takes design cues from the brands sportier models- the Camaro and Corvette- and will be nearly three inches wider and just slightly shorter.

A Review Of The Buick Regal

Buick’s cars have usually been popular with the older crowd. However, Buick is hoping to appeal to a younger demographic with the Regal. What sets this vehicle apart from the rest of its lineup is the fact that the Regal isn’t just luxurious but it’s also quite sporty. Buyers have the option of selecting from two engines, a super powerful Turbo engine and the base model engine. The turbo charged version outputs 220 hp and 258 lb feet of torque. A drive control system is in place which allows the driver to select from various driving modes. Standard is great for every day driving, Tour for long distances and Sport for a performance oriented drive.
Buyers will appreciate the fuel economy which stands at 32 mpg on the freeway and 28 mpg for inside streets. The base model is more than adequate for every day driving while the Turbo model is a great boost for those who need more power and performance. Besides the additional power, the turbo model also features extra cool features such as rear parking assist and available 19″ wheels. The Regal is well insulated and stays ultra quiet, even at high speeds. High quality materials have been used throughout and the dashboards and instruments are all intuitive and easy to use.
