New Honda City CarHonda City is a subcompact sedan produced by Japanese automobile manufacturer Honda. The product is in production from 1981 till present date, the production was discontinued in-between in 1994 and 1996. Currently, Honda SIEL Cars India Limited has launched new Honda City variant in 2010, October. It is the third-generation car that woos the Indian customer with lots of changes both in interior and exterior of this new variant, invariably an increased price tag of 46 thousand rupees. The new variant is embedded with additional features like leather steering wheel cover, leather seats, and body colored mud flaps, chrome door sash molding, and chrome trunk garnish and is currently available only with petrol variants, with manual and automatic transmissions. Honda is planning to release diesel variant in near future. With a modest price range between 8.00 lacs and 10.50 lacs.

Honda City is powered by 1497 cc, i-VTED, 1.5L, 16 valve, 4 cylinder petrol engine that assures to deliver maximum power of 118 PS at 6600 rpm and 146 Nm maximum torque at 4800 rpm with 5.3 m minimum turning radius.
